Expenses
Car Travel is charged on a mileage basis @ £0.40p per mile. Overseas travel is by special arrangement but travel costs, accommodation and expenses i.e. Car Hire, Toll Charges,
Meals etc are covered by the client at cost.
Your Images
We supply all finished images in digital form on USB or We Transfer. Small watermarked JPEG'S are supplied in a password protected, on-line gallery for proofing purposes, we will then supply high resolution files -TIFF format (Adobe 1998) at a 'print ready' resolution of 300dpi. A 250DPI large JPEG and a 72DPI JPEG for Social media and Email. We also keep a copy safe on our secure server for archival purposes.
Additional Specialist/ Creative (Photoshop) image manipulation is by prior arrangement and depends on the type of work undertaken. It is charged on an hourly basis at £100 per hour.

Photo Usage Rights
All images are initially supplied as small jpegs proof files.
Once you have decided which images you wish to keep the raw files are re-processed, colour corrected, cropped and supplied to you as fully finished print ready files to your exact specifications. These images are yours to keep and use, on a full rights basis, how and when you wish.
