Gutterbluids & Stoorifit's

The title may confuse many of you and rightly so, a Gutterbluid is someone who was born within the Peebles town boundary walls and still lives there and a Stoorifit is an incomer. This is my latest project and the work is published each month in our popular local magazine ‘Peebles Life’ The title is goes by in the magazine is Peebles Portraits, that pretty much sums it up. Each month a new local worthy is picked and an interview is conducted and the image shot by me. This is a lovely project to be involved in as there is no limitations, no editors to please, it’s up to me what techniques I employ in the image making process. Everything from window light, flash outdoors to multi light set up’s in the studio. Once I reach 100 sitters I plan to hold an exhibition of all the images locally.
